HER ONE, the Berlin-based wellness company behind clean, science-backed supplements for women’s gut and hormonal health, had built a loyal subscriber base and thriving community around its mission of empowering women through better nutrition.

The impact

The impact was immediate and measurable:

Save rates doubled, rising from around 5% to over 12% overall.
“Redeem Points” became the top-performing save treatment, responsible for half of all successful saves.
Save effectiveness peaked at 83% after optimisation, showing the compounding value of smart integrations.

Most importantly, HER ONE reduced churn without relying on steep discounts or added inventory - instead using existing loyalty value to maintain relationships and protect long-term revenue.
